Privacy policy

This policy describes the processing of data submitted through the DB2Google inquiry form.

Data we process

Information voluntarily submitted in the form: name, company, email, phone, estimated account count and inquiry text. For security, the IP address, submission time and technical data used for automated-spam verification may be processed.

Purpose and legal basis

The data is used to receive, assess and respond to the inquiry and for related pre-contractual communication. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before entering a contract and the legitimate interest in securing the form.

Retention

Inquiries are retained for the period needed to handle them and related communication, no longer than 24 months unless a contractual or legal reason requires longer retention.

Recipients

Hosting, email and IT support providers may process data only to the extent required for website operation. Cloudflare may process technical data through Turnstile to protect the form against bots. Data is not sold or used for unrelated marketing.

Your rights

You may request access, correction, deletion or restriction and object to processing. You may lodge a complaint with the competent data protection authority.

Cookies and analytics

The website uses no marketing or analytics cookies. A technical session cookie protects the form against request forgery. The form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to distinguish automated requests; the service processes technical signals for security purposes.
